Oil and Gas Refinery Engineering

The Department of Oil and Gas Refinery Engineering is one of the branches of chemical engineering, this department was recently established at Al-Farabi University College in 2016, the first batch of students started in 2017-2018. The department aims to prepare engineering cadres with broad knowledge in the field of crude oil refining, petrochemical industry, gas processing and other related industries with oil and gas refining. Graduates of this department manage and operate oil and gas refineries, design and develop oil equipment by linking theoretical knowledge with the practical aspect.
