Dentistry

The Department of Dentistry was established at Al-Farabi University College in the academic year 2018-2019. The department aims to excel and lead in achieving the first scientific ranks among the dental departments locally and in the Arab world, up to the world. This is achieved through our graduates who are equipped with high and diverse competence in the field of dentistry. Ultimately our goals are compatible with the goal of the university to serve the community, as well as to treat patients and low-income people via educational and advisory clinics. Also, objective is to graduate distinguished dentists who are able to provide health care in hospitals and private clinics. Our teaching staff have great interest in primary health care, develop curricula, develop new teaching and examination methods, as well as publishing medical books, and research papers. Our educational program is built to meet the international academic standards and requirements of the accreditation bodies.
