The Department of Oil and Gas Refining Engineering at Al-Farabi University held an awareness seminar on Monday, April 8, 2024, titled “The Importance of Human Relations in the Engineering Field”, targeting second-year students.
The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Saad Ahmed, who discussed the significance of effective communication skills and professional networking in advancing engineers’ careers.
Dr. Saad emphasized that success in the engineering sector relies not only on technical expertise but also on the ability to collaborate and engage within the work environment, which plays a vital role in opening new paths for professional growth and expanding career opportunities.
