In an effort to strengthen cooperation between governmental and academic institutions, the President of the Federal Service Council, Dr. Muhi Al-Qazwini, received the Vice President of Al-Farabi University and Vice President of the Iraqi Programmers Association, Prof. Dr. Mazen Al-Hakim.
