The laboratory is part of the requirements for a Bachelor degree in Nursing Sciences, within the Nursing Fundamentals curriculum. Students are trained on nursing procedures using educational equipment, under the supervision of a specialized training team to ensure correct understanding and application of nursing skills. Students are trained through presentation and repeated application of skills, which helps students memorize the steps and apply them with high effectiveness. The laboratory simulates and resembles the hospital environment and is equipped with various equipment and devices that contribute to preparing and training nursing department students in various nursing skills. |
2 | Adult Nursing Laboratory | The Adult Health Nursing Laboratory contains educational medical dolls that simulate the human body and educational tools that help students acquire the appropriate skills to take care for adults. The laboratory aims to provide students with practical experiences before starting field training, by representing reality and applying scenarios related to caring for an adult with functional health disorders, within the framework of the nursing process and the nursing care plan. 3 | The Central Anatomy Laboratory | The Central Anatomy Laboratory is one of the laboratories of the Nursing Department within the basic medical sciences, where it is dedicated to training students practically in the subject of anatomy and physiology. The laboratory is characterized by modern equipment and advanced laboratory devices. The students are supervised by specialized professors, and includes a variety of skeletons, dolls and organs. The laboratory aims to achieve the objectives of the practical anatomy and physiology lessons within the curriculum of the first stage in the Nursing Department, which contributes to students' understanding of nursing and medical sciences in a deeper and more specialized way |
