The lecturer, Dr. (Haider Maitham Hikmat) and the assistant lecturer (Hussein Saadoun Matar), both lecturers in the Department of Civil Engineering, participated in the Fourth International Scientific Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering for their research, Theoretical prediction of the Nominal Bending Moment Capacity of RPC T-section, which was held by the University of Beirut. Cihan and the Central Technical University in Cihan University – Erbil. The conference was attended by a number of heads of Iraqi and Arab universities, a representative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan region, and a number of Arab and foreign researchers from inside and outside Iraq. The conference aimed to shed light on the latest developments in the field of civil and architectural engineering around the world and the mechanism for developing the construction work sector in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
