As part of its scientific visits and extracurricular activities aimed at developing student capabilities, the Department of Electrical Engineering Techniques at Al-Farabi University’s Technical Engineering College organized a specialized scientific visit to the “Al-Nahrain Renewable Energy Research Center” at Al-Nahrain University.
Visit Objectives and Pillars: The visit featured a comprehensive field tour that allowed the academic delegation and students to explore:
- Clean Energy Technologies: Gaining close familiarity with the center’s operations and the systems adopted for sustainable energy generation.
- Solar and Wind Energy: Reviewing modern mechanisms and equipment used in harnessing and engineering solar and wind energy.
- Scientific and Applied Cooperation: Exploring ways to strengthen the scientific partnership between both institutions, contributing to bridging theoretical curricula with modern field applications.
