Within the activities of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week – Global Entrepreneurship Week”, and under the slogan (From the Land of the Two Rivers, Ideas Begin), Al-Farabi University hosted a joint lecture organized by the Cybersecurity Engineering Department (College of Engineering) and the Cybersecurity Techniques Engineering Department (Technical Engineering College).
Lecture Details: Titled “Empowering Engineers to Establish Startups in the Field of Cybersecurity,” the lecture was held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM in Hall H05.
Speaker: The session was presented by Prof. Dr. Asaad Ibrahim Khiyoun, focusing on guiding engineers to transform their technical skills into successful business ventures.
