As part of its commitment to supporting government institutions with academic expertise, Al-Farabi University partnered with the Institutional Performance Evaluation Department at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to organize a specialized training workshop titled “Strategic Management of Financial and Administrative Risks.”
During the workshop, Al-Farabi University’s team presented scientific and practical modules focusing on identifying, analyzing, and assessing potential risks, as well as developing proactive strategies to manage them within government institutions. Real-world case studies were also showcased to help participants apply theoretical concepts in practical scenarios.
Al-Farabi University emphasized that this collaboration reflects its mission to transfer knowledge to the public sector, promote principles of good governance and risk management, and contribute to enhancing institutional performance and sustainable development.
ضمن نهجها في دعم مؤسسات الدولة بالخبرات الأكاديمية وتطوير القدرات الحكومية، شاركت جامعة الفارابي بالتعاون مع قسم تقويم الأداء المؤسسي في وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في تنظيم ورشة تدريبية متخصصة بعنوان “الإدارة الاستراتيجية للمخاطر المالية والإدارية”.
قدّم فريق جامعة الفارابي خلال الورشة محاور علمية وتطبيقية، ركّزت على منهجيات تحديد المخاطر وتحليلها وتقييمها، إضافة إلى وضع خطط استباقية لإدارتها داخل المؤسسات الحكومية. كما تضمنت الورشة نماذج تطبيقية من واقع العمل، بهدف تمكين المشاركين من تحويل المعرفة النظرية إلى حلول عملية قابلة للتنفيذ.
وأكدت جامعة الفارابي أن مشاركتها تأتي في إطار رسالتها المجتمعية الهادفة إلى نقل المعرفة إلى القطاع الحكومي، وترسيخ مبادئ الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر في العمل المؤسسي، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بالأداء وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
