The submitted research must be within one of the following disciplines: law, political science, Islamic sciences, media, history, language sciences: Arabic and English, comparative literature and Arabic literature, English literature, poetry and prose, novel, story, biographies, philosophy, Sociology.
The research must be original and not published or sent to another publisher or journal.

Publication fees:
For research that includes researchers from inside Iraq only, and it is as follows:
Professor: 75,000 Iraqi dinars
Assistant Professor: 60,000 Iraqi dinars
Lecturer: 50,000 Iraqi dinars
Assistant Lecturer: 45,000 Iraqi dinars
Publication fees are free for research that includes at least one researcher from outside Iraq.
