As part of its efforts to strengthen the practical aspect and link theoretical studies with professional reality, Al-Farabi University places great importance on developing the professional skills of College of Law students through modern teaching methods, led by the “Moot Court”.
Simulating Judicial Reality: This activity is considered one of the most prominent features of the practical side of the College of Law, providing students with:
- Knowledge Application: An opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge within an environment that simulates real-world judicial settings.
- Legal Roles: Students participate in periodic trial sessions and pleadings, taking on various roles such as judges, lawyers, and litigants.
- Direct Experience: Providing students with direct practical experience in legal and courtroom procedures.
This initiative aims to prepare a generation of legal professionals equipped with field experience and the ability to enter the profession with high confidence and professionalism upon graduation.
