Within the activities of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week – Global Entrepreneurship Week”, and under the slogan (From the Land of the Two Rivers, Ideas Begin), the Architecture Department at Al-Farabi University organized a lecture titled: “An Iraqi Woman’s Success Story.”
Lecture Details: Held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 11:30 AM in Studio No. 3, the lecture was presented by Asst. Lect. Haifaa Salim Abdul Karim.
Content & Objectives: The session narrated the inspiring success story of Ms. Shaimaa Al-Hashimi, aiming to motivate students and strengthen their sense of belonging and confidence. It emphasized their potential to contribute to nation-building despite challenges by showcasing real-life examples of Iraqi excellence.
