Within the activities of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week – Global Entrepreneurship Week”, and under the slogan (From the Land of the Two Rivers, Ideas Begin), the Architecture Department at the College of Engineering / Al-Farabi University organized a lecture titled: “Entrepreneurship of Sustainable Cities.”
Lecture Details: Held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Studio No. 3, Building B, the lecture was presented by Asst. Lect. Haifaa Salim Abdul Karim.
Objectives: The session aimed to clarify the concept and dimensions of sustainability, exploring types of sustainable cities. It focused on strategies to achieve “Entrepreneurial Sustainable Cities” by integrating environmental design principles like sustainable transport, solar design, and greening.
