Within the activities of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week – Global Entrepreneurship Week”, and under the slogan (From the Land of the Two Rivers, Ideas Begin), the Department of Optometry Techniques at the College of Medical and Health Techniques / Al-Farabi University organized a developmental workshop titled: “Graduation Research: A Gateway to Entrepreneurship.”
Workshop Details: Held on Monday, February 9, 2026, in Hall F44, the workshop was presented by Dr. Zeina Al-Shajari.
Objectives: The session aimed to highlight the importance of utilizing graduation research as a launchpad for viable entrepreneurial projects. It discussed mechanisms for selecting applied research topics that meet market needs and contribute to the health sector.
