Within the activities of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week – Global Entrepreneurship Week”, and under the slogan (From the Land of the Two Rivers, Ideas Begin), the English Department at the College of Education / Al-Farabi University hosted a seminar titled: “The Importance of Translation as a Scientific and Practical Resource for English Language Specialists, and How Students Can Crystallize Their Ambitions in This Field.”
Seminar Details: Held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Hall P31, the lecture was presented by Dr. Mahmoud Mawloud Khalaf (Member of the Iraqi and International Translators Federation). The session focused on transforming translation skills into entrepreneurial opportunities.
