Within the activities of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week – Global Entrepreneurship Week”, and under the slogan (From the Land of the Two Rivers, Ideas Begin), the Mathematics Department at the College of Education / Al-Farabi University hosted a workshop titled: “Mathematics is the Mother of Sciences: How Mathematics Contributes to the Development of Other Sciences.”
Workshop Details: Held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Hall P31, the workshop was presented by:
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Habib Kashmar.
- Asst. Lect. Farah Qais Saadi.
The session highlighted the pivotal role of mathematics in advancing other scientific fields and fostering
innovation.
