Al-Farabi University Signs Letter of Intent with Gulf College (Oman) to Foster International Cooperation

Taking a significant step towards global academic integration, Al-Farabi University has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Gulf College, Oman. This agreement sets the foundation for future collaboration and opens new avenues for joint academic and research initiatives.

The Signing Ceremony: The signing took place in the presence of a high-level delegation from Oman, including:

  • Prof. Taqi Al-Abdwani: Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Gulf College and Director of the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development.
  • Prof. Ali bin Hamad Al-Badi: Dean of Gulf College.
  • Dr. Mohammed Al-Azzawi: Deputy Dean for Scientific Research and Innovation.

Representing Al-Farabi University were the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the University Presidency, along with several Deans and Heads of Departments.

Objectives: The Letter of Intent aims to:

  • Advance cooperation in scientific research and innovation.
  • Facilitate the exchange of expertise in institutional development.
  • Establish a solid framework for future academic partnerships between the two institutions.
