In line with its commitment to bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, the College of Nursing at Al-Farabi University continues its comprehensive clinical training program across various prestigious health institutions in Baghdad.
The practical training schedule is organized as follows:
- Second-Year Students: Are conducting their training at Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital (Karkh Health Directorate) to master fundamental nursing skills.
- Third-Year Students: Are training at Al-Imamain Al-Kadhmain Medical City, gaining advanced experience in patient care.
- Fourth-Year Students: Are completing their specialized rotation at Ibn Rushd Psychiatric Teaching Hospital, focusing on mental health and psychiatric nursing.
This program is conducted under the direct supervision of faculty members to ensure students graduate as highly competent professionals ready to serve the healthcare sector.
