The Medical Laboratory Techniques Department organized a scientific field visit for its students today to the National Blood Transfusion Center at the Medical City Directorate.
This visit is part of the department’s academic plan for the “Blood Transfusion” (Practical) course. It aimed to provide students with a close-up observation of the practical steps and procedures followed in blood transfusion and cross-matching tests, thereby bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application in reputable health institutions.
The students were accompanied and supervised by a faculty delegation including:
