Under the patronage of the Presidency of Al-Farabi University and organized by the Women’s Affairs Division, the Department of English Language at the College of Education held an educational seminar titled “Elements of a Healthy Work Environment.”
The seminar discussed the key principles that contribute to building a positive and productive workplace, including fairness and equality, effective communication, mutual respect, teamwork, and the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
