Under the supervision of Dr. Moayad Al-Jubouri, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Al-Farabi University, and in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the recommendations of the Permanent Ministerial Committee for Agriculture and Environment, Al-Farabi University has launched the “Al-Farabi Green Campaign” for tree planting within its campus.
The campaign coincides with Baghdad’s citywide tree-planting initiative and aims to enhance environmental awareness, promote sustainability, and contribute to a greener Iraq. Students and faculty members actively participated in planting trees across the university grounds, reaffirming Al-Farabi University’s commitment to environmental responsibility and community engagement.
