As part of its ongoing commitment to academic and research excellence, Al-Farabi University participated in the Third Scientific Forum of the Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies, held under the title “Applied Research Towards the Digital Transformation of Iraqi Ministries.” The forum was organized by the Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Information Technology and Communications.
Representing the university at this important scientific event were Prof. Dr. Mazen Sameer Al-Hakim, Vice President of Al-Farabi University for Scientific Affairs, and Dr. Sabah Al-Shujairi, Secretary of the University Council. The forum took place on April 17, 2025, at Al-Alawiya Club in Baghdad.
During the event, Dr. Sabah Al-Shujairi was honored with the Shield of Excellence and Creativity by Prof. Dr. Suha Mohammed Hadi, Dean of the Informatics Institute, in recognition of his outstanding academic contributions.
