Al-Farabi University Holds Awareness Lecture on “Drugs: Types, Harm, Prevention, and Confrontation” as Part of the Fifth Pillar Programs

As part of the fifth pillar focused on organizing awareness programs, Al-Farabi University held an educational lecture titled “Drugs: Types, Harm, Prevention, and Confrontation”, attended by a number of students and faculty members.

The lecture aimed to shed light on the various types of drugs and their harmful effects on individuals and society, while also highlighting key methods of prevention and ways to confront this issue through community awareness and psychological and educational support.

This event reflects the university’s commitment to promoting health and social awareness among students and to fostering a safe academic environment free from risky behaviors, in line with the Ministry of Higher Education’s vision for preventive programs within university campuses.
